Kristin A. Dale is Executive Vice President in Agder Energi and responsible for the area People and Communication, which includes the group's work on government relations, sustainability, communication, and HR and organizational development. Over the past 14 years she has held several leading positions within business development and innovation. That has given her an in-dept understanding of the company’s work on innovation, both from a cultural and a business perspective. In addition, Kristin is a board member of Agder Energi Invest, which is the group's instrument for developing its new green, industrial positions within batteries and offshore wind.
